I am a Northeast Kingdom born and raised, 3rd generation Realtor. I've been in the business since 2005 and I have helped clients with hundreds of real estate transactions. I am well-versed in residential, commercial, land and multi-family properties.

I look at every client's experience as if it were my own. I focus on attention to detail whether it is in the accurate valuation of a property that my client wants to buy or sell, writing a sales contract that anticipates and prevents problems down the road, or maintaining ongoing communication with my clients so that they are “in the know.” I want to be your Realtor for life.

When it came time to open my own Real Estate company, it was important to me that name represented me and what I had to offer clients. Pace is about finding balance between hard work and play, and knowing when to push and when to relax. Finding the "just right" pace is essential, even when you're looking for a new property or negotiating a sales contract!

In addition to selling real estate I enjoy Crossfit and biking on The Kingdom Trails, at the right pace of course! I also enjoy visiting local lakes and dining at the great restaurants our area has to offer.
